About the Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in scheduling service appointments, coordinating technicians, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
 
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Gather customer information and accurately document service requests.
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Communicate service fees, payment options, and scheduling availability.
• Address customer questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor technician schedules and notify customers of delays or schedule changes.
• Maintain communication with membership clients and coordinate follow-up appointments as needed.
• Manage the dispatch board to maximize technician productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Complete post-service debriefs and verify payment collection and follow-up requirements.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and code of ethics.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Dispatching experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of filing systems and office procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible.

About the Position

The Warehouse Assistant / Parts Runner performs a variety of warehouse, delivery, maintenance, and support duties as assigned.  This role is responsible for maintaining organization within the warehouse, transporting materials and equipment, supporting field technicians, and helping ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with team members and support company operations
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
• Attend required training sessions
• Meet established performance standards
• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally
• Pick up and deliver materials, equipment, permits, and supplies to job sites, suppliers, city offices, and other locations
• Navigate efficiently using maps, GPS, and route planning
• Load and unload technician vehicles as needed
• Label materials and equipment
• Maintain warehouse inventory and organization
• Stock materials and stage job materials for technicians
• Assist with recycling efforts
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Complete vehicle inspections and assist with light vehicle maintenance
• Maintain warehouse, facility, and grounds, including:
  • Sweeping and cleaning
  • Yard work and snow removal
  • Taking out trash
  • Cleaning restrooms

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Missouri Driver's License
• Acceptable driving record that meets insurance requirements
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials regularly
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Previous warehouse, delivery, or customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed plumbing technicians with repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Prepare work areas, perform demolition, excavation, and cleanup.
• Learn plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques through hands-on training.
• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and work areas.
• Protect customers' homes by using floor coverings and maintaining a professional appearance.
